Hi, I’m a patent examiner at the CNIPA by day and an obsessive collector of vintage Chinese recipe books by night. I restore old handwritten cookbooks from the 70s and 80s and try to recreate the exact dishes in my tiny Beijing kitchen. Looking for someone who doesn’t mind the smell of Sichuan peppercorns and long conversations about fermentation.
